  • Right to Request Transfer of Personal Data (Data Portability): Under the conditions laid down by the UAE PDPL, you can request to receive your Personal Information in a structured, commonly usedand machine-readable format, You can also request that we transfer your Personal Information to another controller, where technically feasible.
  • Right to Erasure: In specific cases, you have a right to have your Personal Information erased. Please note that we need to review each request individually to ensure that conditions for erasing your Personal Information are met.
  • Right to Processing and Automated Processing: In certain cases, you have the right to object to decisions based on automated processing that have legal effects or seriously affect you. Please note when you exercise this right, we will carefully assess whether we can honor such requests or not under the UAE PDPL.
